Wera's 1/2" long sockets (ISO 2725-part 3) are designed for both manual and power tool use (non-impact), even in deep joints and on protruding threaded bolts. They feature the Take it easy tool finder system, with color-coded markings by size, allowing for quick and easy tool location. The sockets provide a good grip even with oily hands. They have a hexagonal profile and ball-cap groove. The hexagonal profile allows for high force transmission and is less damaging to the edges of the nut or bolt head than a twelve-sided profile. Furthermore, with fine-tooth ratchets, thanks to their very small return angle, the twelve-sided profile is no longer necessary, even in very tight assembly spaces. The sockets are suitable for external hexagonal bolts and nuts. The magnetic strip allows for temporary attachment to metal surfaces, and thanks to the Twist to unlock function, the sockets can also be securely locked and unlocked.
