HEMUSA may collect your personal data (hereinafter “Personal Data”), such as name, address, telephone number, email address, IP address, internet browsing preferences, date of birth, financial information, personal interests, professional and academic background, personal references, or any other data, document or reference that may be necessary, to be used for the following purposes: (i) providing the requested products or services, (ii) recruitment and selection of personnel; (iii) market research, (iv) establishing contacts and business relationships; (v) invitations to events, (vi) tenders, (vii) promotions; (viii) creation of customer and supplier databases; (ix) access security and training needs, (x) changes or new products or services, (xi) fulfilling obligations contracted with our customers, (xii) for service or product quality purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose (ARCO Rights) your personal data that we possess and the details of its processing, when you deem it appropriate in accordance with this privacy notice.

Any request to exercise the aforementioned ARCO Rights must be addressed to HEMUSA, attention Human Resources and/or Legal Department, by: (i) Written submission at HEMUSA's address, or (ii) via email to HEMUSA@HEMUSA.COM

In both cases the request must contain the following information: (i) Place and date of request, (ii) Name of the data subject, (iii) Address and email address, (iv) Data or Information subject to the request, (v) Treatment that must be given to the Personal Data, (vi) Reason or Reason for the request.

HEMUSA's deadlines for processing your request will be 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the document or the email receipt.
