300 IP Unclogging TORX PLUS®
Kraftform
The basic idea behind the original "Kraftform" handle is that the human hand should define the handle's shape, and this has proven correct to this day. Back in the 1960s, the Wera company—in cooperation with the renowned Fraunhofer Research Institute—developed a screwdriver handle specifically designed for the human hand. After a lengthy development period, the Wera "Kraftform" handle was launched in 1968. Since then, it has been continuously improved using modern technologies, but its highly regarded original shape has remained unchanged—because the human hand hasn't changed either.
Kraftform-type mango
Kraftform multi-component handle with hard and soft zones to achieve high working speeds, and to reduce the load on the palm of the hand.
Unclogging with fixed torque and protected against tampering
An audible and palpable signal is indicated when the preset tightening torque is reached.
Non-modifiable and protected against tampering
Unlimited loosening torque for removing seized screws
Kraftform multi-component handle for fast and comfortable work
Screwdrivers “Unclogging”
Wera torque-indicating screwdrivers come pre-set from the factory to the tightening torque values recommended by leading carbide insert manufacturers. These torque values, for TORX®, TORX PLUS®, and internal hex screws, correspond to the respective screw sizes. Torque-indicating screwdrivers ensure that screw connections are securely tightened and can also be loosened more easily. Accuracy is ±10%.
For hard-to-reach screws
Thin hexagonal rods, as small as 4 mm, for hard-to-reach screws.
Protection against tampering
Non-modifiable; tamper-proof.
Audible and tactile signals
The over-tightening can be clearly heard and felt as soon as the preset tightening torque is reached.
