The M18 FUEL™ 1/2" High Torque Impact Wrench Kit with Friction Ring features the most compact impact wrench density in its class, allowing for better access in tight spaces and maximizing productivity through fast extraction speeds. The POWERSTATE™ brushless motor delivers up to 1,100 ft-lbs of clamping torque and 1,500 ft-lbs of starting torque with our M18™ REDLITHIUM™ XC5.0 battery, while the compact 7.6" length gives users better access in confined spaces. The M18 FUEL™ 1/2" High Torque Impact Wrench with friction ring maximizes productivity on the job site and in the shop by removing tough bolts and fasteners faster than the cordless competition. Our patented battery isolation system provides a secure battery connection and controls vibration transmitted to the battery. Three LED lights surround the anvil to provide brighter illumination with fewer shadows. 4-mode DRIVE CONTROL™ offers greater precision with a range of preset RPM and IPM levels, selectable with the touch of a button on the tool. In mode 4, AUTO SHUT-OFF™ applies no more than 50 ft-lbs of torque for manual fastening applications to prevent overtightening. Mode 4 also features bolt pull-out control, which delivers full torque output, then reduces RPM once the bolt is loosened to prevent the fastener from falling out.
