TIG welder
SIN INVENTARIO. TIEMPO DE ENTREGA: 30 DÍAS HÁBILES
Characteristics
• 150A TIG welder with all functions that is ideal for everyday use in the workshop
• AC or DC TIG functionality: Choose between TIG modes for non-ferrous metals using AC TIG or for ferrous metals using DC TIG
• Amperage control: allows adjustments from fine control for thinner materials to maximum setting for thicker materials.
• Arc stability provides greater low amperage performance.
• 2- or 4-stage TIG continuous modes: Selectable continuous amperage output with 2-stage configuration for use with optional controls and 4-stage automatic modes
• 2- or 4-stage TIG pulse modes: Selectable pulsed amperage output with 2-stage configuration for use with optional controls and 4-stage automatic modes
• Duty cycle: Higher duty cycles for longer welding times and current stability
• AC Balance Adjustment: Provides the ability to select between three separate functions:
• Penetration: Provides a narrow cord with maximum penetration, with the ability to adjust eight individual settings to customize the configuration
• Balanced: ideal relationship between the width and depth of the weld bead
• Provides cleaning with a wider bead and maximum oxidation of the material, ability to adjust eight individual selections to tailor the setting.
• Pulse Adjustment Controls the maximum amperage over time to determine the amount of heat transfer to the material.
• In addition, this feature defines the size of the weld pool and allows for an additional level of timed pooling when using a filler rod
• Background amperage adjustment: The amperage ranges from 10 to 150 A AC and 5 to 150 A DC for controlled, low-pulse heating and minimal distortion of the base metal when required
• AC Frequency Adjustment: Variable adjustment from 50-150 Hz between maximum arc focus, narrower heat cone displacement and wider arc focus, wider heat cone displacement
• Uphill/Downhill Slope Adjustment: Provides a smooth start and finish to the current acceleration/descent, adjustable from 0 to 10 seconds
• Ideal for minimizing burning on the edges of the material
• Post-gas flow adjustment: Maintains gas flow for 0 to 30 seconds after welding is completed to ensure a clean weld appearance and minimal contamination
• Scratch/high frequency start
• Choose between HF mode for controlled arc starting or normal starting mode when HF is not desired. Power Factor Correction: Minimizes power requirements due to the efficient system design, which requires lower input power supply currents. Allows input voltage tolerances of +15% to -20% and saves substantial electricity costs. Cooling: The tunnel-designed cooling construction provides exceptional cooling efficiency while keeping electronic circuitry out of the heated airflow. Warranty: Backed by a 2-year limited warranty on all components except the TIG torch and consumables, which have a 30-day warranty.
