An additional advantage of the product is the coating of the tips with tiny diamond particles. These particles reduce the so-called ejection forces, which are particularly high in machining applications and can cause the tool to slip off the screw. The diamond particles grip the screw firmly, thus reducing the amount of clamping force required and significantly decreasing fatigue during screwdriving operations.

Through optimal utilization of the material's properties and an ideally adapted geometry, the Impaktor technology provides exceptionally long tool life, even under extremely high loads.
