Rapid-spin
Thanks to the free-spinning sleeve, the user can guide the screwdriver, whether cordless or cordless, while holding the sleeve during the screwdriving process. This makes it easier to position the bit on the screw and prevents it from slipping off the screw head. It can also be used as a short extension with a free-spinning sleeve for 1/4" applications, for example, in combination with the Wera bit ratchet or the Zyklop ratchet.
“With one hand”
All functions of the Rapidaptor quick-change bit holders, such as inserting or removing the bit, can be performed with just one hand. This is faster, more economical, and more ergonomic: not a single hand movement is wasted.
Rapidaptor universal bit holder, stainless steel, for 1/4" bits
The solution to the pollution problem: Screw stainless steel using stainless steel!
Stainless steel doesn't let contamination win.
Rapidaptor technology for ultra-fast tip changes
With 1/4" hexagonal drive
Pollution
Stainless steel is inherently rust-resistant. However, if ordinary steel tools are used for screwdriving in stainless steel, abrasion can cause the tool to shed steel particles that adhere to the material and can lead to rust formation. Besides the aesthetic impact of this "contamination," as this phenomenon is known, it can also have negative consequences for the structure itself, potentially resulting in significant repair costs. Using stainless steel tools prevents this contamination caused by abrasion.
Rapidaptor stainless steel bit holder
It is made of stainless steel, which eliminates the contamination issues associated with working with stainless steel. Furthermore, it offers all the advantages of Rapidaptor technology.
“Rapid-in” and auto-lock
The bit can be inserted into the bit holder without activating the sleeve. The locking mechanism engages automatically as soon as the bit is placed on the screw. The bit is now securely held in place without wobble.
“Rapid-out”
To change the bit, simply slide the sleeve forward. At that moment, the spring mechanism separates the bit from the magnet, unlocking the tool. The bit can then be easily removed. And what's especially useful: this feature also allows for the removal of very small bits without the need for any additional tools.
“Chuck-all”
Rapidaptor quick-change bit holders can accommodate ¼" bits according to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 (Wera 1 series) as well as according to E 6.3 (Wera 4 series).

Item description
Universal bit holder for accepting bits with a 1/4" external hexagonal drive according to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 (ISO 1173). Stainless steel version to prevent external rust. Rapidaptor technology allows bit insertion even without engaging the sleeve. Bit removal is achieved with a simple forward slide – for ultra-fast bit changes, even with one hand. 1/4" hexagonal drive, suitable for screwdrivers with a socket according to DIN ISO 1173-F 6.3.
