The 9506 four-in-one bit can be used to drive four sizes of internal hex screws (3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0). To use the corresponding larger profile, continuous pressure must be applied against the spring force while screwing in; this causes the smaller profile to compress, allowing the larger profile to be positioned.

The functionality of larger profiles is made possible by the elastic contraction of the smaller outlets. The bit features a 1/4" hex drive (Wera 1 connection series), so it is also compatible with, for example, ratchets and manual bit holders with Rapidaptor.
