950 PKL Offset wrench, BlackLaser, imperial type, 5/64" x 100 mm
Safe-Torque A 2 Set 1, 1/4" Hex, 2-12 Nm, 23 Pieces
For 1/4" tips
The Safe-Torque A 2 torque wrench has a 1/4" bit socket with a strong permanent magnet, and is suitable for 1/4" external hex drive bits according to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 as well as Wera connection series 1 and 4.
1/4" socket wrench adapter
With the 870/1 connecting piece (1/4" outside hex to 1/4" outside square), the Safe-Torque A 2 can also be used with 1/4" sockets.
The over-slip mechanism – that's why it's never possible to tighten beyond the torque that has been set.
Torque Lock function: the torque function can be switched off - therefore the tool can also be used as a standard ratchet with high unscrewing torques and in applications with a defined turning angle
For controlled right and left tightening - tighten and loosen with or without torque.
The desired torque value is easily adjusted and secured, and as soon as the scale values are reached, a locking mechanism is heard and felt.
After reaching the desired torque, the activation angle is only 30°
Thanks to the fine 72-tooth gearing, a return angle of only 5° is achieved.
1/4" Hex Drive for use with 1/4" bits
With the Wera 870/1 adapter, it is also possible to use 1/4" sockets

Safe-Torque
The over-slip mechanism prevents the application of excessively high torques.
The Safe-Torque A 2 torque wrench is equipped with an over-slip mechanism. As soon as the preset torque value is reached, the tool can no longer be used for forced tightening. This prevents the application of excessive torque.
Torque Lock Function
The torque function can be switched off. Therefore, the Safe-Torque torque wrench can also be used as a standard ratchet with high unscrewing torques and in defined rotation angle applications.
For tightening to the right and to the left
The Safe-Torque torque wrench is suitable for tightening both clockwise and counterclockwise with a set torque value. When the Torque Lock function is deactivated, tightening and loosening are performed without torque.
Easy adjustment of the torque value
Easy adjustment and securing of the desired torque value, with an audible and palpable click when the scale values are reached.
Minimum recovery angle
The Safe-Torque torque wrench features a fine 72-tooth drive and a return angle of only 5°. This small stroke allows for fast and precise work in any assembly situation.
