“With one hand”
All functions of the Rapidaptor quick-change bit holders, such as inserting or removing the bit, can be performed with just one hand. This is faster, more economical, and more ergonomic: not a single hand movement is wasted.
Rapid-spin
Thanks to the free-spinning sleeve, the user can guide the screwdriver, whether cordless or cordless, while holding the sleeve during the screwdriving process. This makes it easier to position the bit on the screw and prevents it from slipping off the screw head. It can also be used as a short extension with a free-spinning sleeve for 1/4" applications, for example, in combination with the Wera bit ratchet or the Zyklop ratchet.
Ideal for mobile repair and assembly work
Quick and easy change between tap, countersink or screwdriver bit
With 1/4" drive suitable for screwdrivers
For deburring, beveling and countersinking
In a practical and sturdy plastic case
Hazelnut point
Countersink tip, 90°
Application: for deburring, chamfering and countersinking
1/4" drive suitable for bit holders according to DIN 3126-D 6.3
Lossless power transmission thanks to the hexagonal stem
HSS = high-speed cutting steel
Finely graded elasticity for a long service life
3 edges
Excellent centering properties
Easy, trouble-free cutting
Optimal chip evacuation
Minimizes the risk of locking due to tilting or tilting
Precise reversing movement
High corrosion protection
Kraftform
The basic idea behind the original "Kraftform" handle is that the human hand should define the handle's shape, and this has proven correct to this day. Back in the 1960s, the Wera company—in cooperation with the renowned Fraunhofer Research Institute—developed a screwdriver handle specifically designed for the human hand. After a lengthy development period, the Wera "Kraftform" handle was launched in 1968. Since then, it has been continuously improved using modern technologies, but its highly regarded original shape has remained unchanged—because the human hand hasn't changed either.
Rapidaptor Bit Holder
Ultra-fast bit changes without additional tools. Can be operated with one hand. Features a free-spinning sleeve for easier handling with a screwdriver.
“Rapid-in” and auto-lock
The bit can be inserted into the bit holder without activating the sleeve. The locking mechanism engages automatically as soon as the bit is placed on the screw. The bit is now securely held in place without wobble.
“Rapid-out”
To change the bit, simply slide the sleeve forward. At that moment, the spring mechanism separates the bit from the magnet, unlocking the tool. The bit can then be easily removed. And what's especially useful: this feature also allows for the removal of very small bits without the need for any additional tools.
“Chuck-all”
Rapidaptor quick-change bit holders can accommodate ¼" bits according to DIN ISO 1173-C 6.3 and E 6.3 (Wera 1 series) as well as according to E 6.3 (Wera 4 series).
