Characteristics

• Snap-on® sockets that utilize the Flank Drive® system clamp the fastener on the flanks/flat parts, providing 15-25% more turning power
• Heat treatment for lower hardness adds impact strength and toughness, allowing for a longer die life
• The square hole on the impeller side operates with ball or pin type retention
• The broaching depth of our impact sockets will begin to thread the nut onto the bolt; competitive sockets with a deeper hex require the user to pry the nut off by hand.
