Elastic Belt Tool (Blue-Point®)

Characteristics
• Easily install elastic straps on late-model European vehicles
• Allows the belt to rotate on the pulley without twisting and causing damage
• Low profile to allow for tight-access applications
• The groove on the bottom of the tab fits against the outer edge of the pulley to prevent tools from slipping off. Applications:
