Characteristics
• Snap-on® sockets that utilize the Flank Drive® system clamp the fastener on the flanks/flat parts, providing between 15% and 25% more turning power.
• Heat treatment to reduce hardness adds impact resistance and toughness, allowing for a longer die life.
• Square. The drive-side hole operates with either a ball or pin retainer. The broaching depth of our impact sockets will begin threading the nut onto the bolt; competitor sockets with a deeper hex require the user to start the nut by hand.
